We stayed here for our honeymoon and had the best time. The upgrade for the view was worth it. The staff was amazing, I had never stayed in a place as nice as this. If I had to say one thing negative it would be that our floor had a scent machine pumping arona therapy on it. While it spent nice, it really enraged my allergies. We had a challenge checking in and they upgraded us. The staff initially had challenges but management excelled in every way to make us happy. The hotel is the essence of beauty and class and fantastic hospitality. We had challenges with the door with the balcony and it was fixed - the hotel as an aging property needs continue care.
