  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Not a lot of staff, we enjoyed our stay but our power went out for a couple hours and we had a hard time getting in contact with someone. Room was ok, but I think could use a better cleaning. Seemed like staff maintained the outside well. Elevators worked good.

The property was clean and in great condition. The condo had everything we needed. We had a great view of the ocean and easy access to the beach. I dropped my wallet unknowingly. One of the kind and helpful staff, Sherry, actually located my missing wallet and returned it to me. The owner later called me to make sure I had gotten my wallet back and that we had a wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again!!

#1 The security and safety! Access codes for the gate, beach, pool, and your room. #2 Huge balcony area that could be accessed by one of the bedrooms. #3 Condo already had cooking utensils and dishware. No need for paper plates and plastic utensils.

The condo was clean and lovely, aearhetically. The ocean view was beautiful. That being said, I called maintenance the first day to inform them that the washer heater was knocking when the water was in use.. to the point it woke us multiple times during the night. . Nothing was done to correct it. I also I asked for an iron.. which they never provided.. although it was supposed to be in the condo. We won't be going back..becaise we paid thousands of dollars for a week.

Thankful for swapping last minute!

So our mini vacation was actually supposed to be at a DIFFERENT venue. But after booking that other stay, I started seeing the poor reviews and immediately went and cancels that booking and rebooked this new one. Best choice ever!! The Twin Palm property we were in was great! 2 bd/2bawith a nice large balcony with plenty of seating to sit outside and play cards the first night we were there. The Master bath, 👌👌👌 loved it!! I do wish there had been some way to turn down the lighting bc the lights in there were super bright. Trying to call into the office is difficult. Need to fix your phones so that people can actually get through. But they did respond to my emails when I contacted them that way. All in all, a fantastic stay!! We’ll be back!

The property was spacious and the views were spectacular. Pro: great water pressure, beach access, pineapple willies is within walking distance via the beach and they have AWESOME frozen drinks,balcony, pool and hot tub. Cons: The master bedroom door didn’t lock which really wasn’t much of a concern as it’s impossible to access the balcony from another unit. Cable was horrible; I’d def recommend a fire stick, master bed wasn’t very comfortable.
