Muchas gracias por sus comentarios, serán tomados en cuenta para mejorar! Nos complace informarle que ya hemos puesto en marcha un nuevo y variado menú en el Restaurante Nahuas. Para la Terraza y piscina un menú especializado y para el Baulas un menú servido de 5 tiempos que le acompañarán en la experiencia de cenar bajo la luna y sobre el mar. Además de que estamos trabajando nuestra carta de vinos y cocteles. Saludos!

After reviewing and consulting with the front desk staff I got inform you requested a single room with 4 teenagers (ages between 10-15) and 2 adults. Unfortunately, our hotel do not have the capability to serve 6 in a single room as alternative a second room (connecting) was offered to keep you all together as desired, but the offer was declined. The max capacity of the rooms is measured to guarantee the comfort and safety of all guests. I hope you understand, and we strongly recommend to reserve at least two rooms in the future and we would do our best to set you on one of our connecting rooms designed for family and friends that wish to be all together so you can keep your family onside.

Dear Mr. Matias our water supply comes from the government services, for big hotels like this we need to use reserves tanks and supply bombs but we don't use chemicals, in our houses in down town we do have same issues and as the hotel did make a complain to the water supplies government agency, what we tried to do to fix this was changing the tanks and not using the direct supply from the water pipes but unfortunately if we use the reserves need to use the direct supply, we are so sorry if we provide a non sympathy perception, but our maintenance department tried hardly to rotate and check per hour how the waters comes(sometimes comes dirty an manually they runs the back wash filters until water comes clear to the rooms, runs oxigen manually to the reserve trying to low the power of the chlorine smells that arrives to the hotel), we are so sorry once and again to don't be helpful and thanks for share with us the information, we will send a letter to all our guest explaining all things involved when some event like this happen and Al the efforts we do to try to fix the situation and we will take care about how the front desk dedicate to explains the guest with all the carings they deserve.
