I stayed here twice in 1 yr and I absolutely love it. I will definitely go again. The staff is very very helpful and attentive to your needs. The rooms are very comfortable. This hotel is also located very close to most convenient spots. Walking distance to the train station and food strip. It’s a definite favorite of mine.

The hotel was OK unfortunately it was under construction and a lot of workers were around in and out of the hotel. The staff was very nice. Just wasn’t the right time for it because couldn’t use the pool like we wanted to because of all the construction and the workers around the gym was dusty due to the construction

It was close to the metro station El Carmen Iglesia about 5 minutes walk. Shops and restaurants on the street so didn’t have to go too far. It’s about an hour on the metro from the airport and about 30 minutes by uber or taxi. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Didn’t use the pool but seemed to be well maintained as well. Breakfast was your standard continental with a few Panamanian additions. It was well stocked and allowed you to fuel your morning activities. We had an early checkout and they were nice enough to have a packed breakfast for us to take along, this was appreciated a lot especially by my young children. It’s in a lively area and quite busy at times, so didn’t feel unsafe at all.

The location is excellent, close to the train and a variety of restaurants nearby. The breakfast buffet was very good, varied, and with vegetarian options. They need to improve their attention to detail in room cleaning, as I found trash left by the previous guest in the bin. Also, the air conditioning in my room was noisy, though not enough to prevent me from sleeping.
