"We had a very nice 4 nights stay at this boutique hotel and were pleased by the warm welcome of Unal, the owner. The facilities are decorated and furnished with taste, bedding is first class and excellent Turkish breakfast served on the terrace. Highly recommended to people looking for a quiet stay in Cunda Island center."

I stayed at this boutique hotel for 7 nights and had a truly enjoyable experience. The staff were incredibly helpful, always welcoming me with a smile and going out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Their hospitality really made me feel taken care of throughout my stay. The breakfast was also good, fresh, tasty, and a great way to start the day. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm and pleasant stay."
"Nel vecchio paese di Cunda l'hotel è carino e caratteristico. La posizione è buona, ma difficile da raggiungere perché nelle strette stradine da percorrere ci passa una sola auto per volta. Il parcheggio gratuito è in un parcheggio privato ma lontano dall'albergo. La camera era grande, ma buia e il bagno era minuscolo. Il personale è gentile e servizievole e la proprietaria persona molto affabile e disponibile.

"The hotel was so pretty and staff were wonderful. When we arrived we were told we were going to be upgraded but we ended up in the room booked I think it was an oversight and I did not want to compla6ad the economy room we booked was fine. The location is wonderful and breakfast was amazing. Would definitely stay again"
"The rooms are newly renovated, pretty and clean. There is a country chic look with a nice distressed furniture look that gives the room nice lines. The staff although knowing limited English were helpful. The bathrooms are glass enclosed so anyone in the room can see fully into the bathroom which for me wasn’t an issue because I was traveling alone but if you are traveling with anyone other than a life partner it would be odd not to have toilet privacy. Although even with a romantic partner an open visible toilet is odd. I had the a/c on the whole night on full but it never got very cold. Summer heat could be bad. When I arrived there was no tea kettle and this was quickly remedied. Although I questioned whether the room was not a full view room and was told partial views were on the lower level, the room did have part of the view cut by the building next door. Also when I arrived I wanted to take a nap but there was a lot of hammer banging. In the evening the power went off for about 10-15 minutes. In the morning the water temp kept changing. The hotel does have its own parking. You are up on a hill and not in an area where things are easily accessible without a car. However it is near walking distance to windmills. Wouldn’t take the car as right after the hotel the roads become terrible with uneven rocks. Their bteakfast was great. Fresh egg dish offered along with a traditional Turkish breakfast with fresh pishi and a variety of breakfast items. "
