Upon check in, We were told a key would be in an envelope on the door when we arrived. No one was in the office upon arrival and no key was available to us and no one answered the phone numbers provided. When someone finally came, they gave us the wrong rooms that we didn’t reserve and the heat wasn’t working. They checked to see if our original room was clean and we moved over to it. The room was fine but it was obvious the sheets were not cleaned. We were advertised a complimentary breakfast and that was non existent. When we checked out, no one was in the office and I was charged with no receipt or communication.

The Adobe Sands is a great value if you are looking for a no frills place to spend the night. It's not fancy and could use a few basic updates but you can't beat it in terms of convenience and value for money
