โVery patient and helpful to answer my questions about how to transfer at and commute to WUH airport. They offer free shuttle service between T2/T3 terminals. Very new property and building and rooms are pretty spacious. Vouched for my membership and offered free drinks. They guaranteed late checkout but I had an early flight so didnโt get a chance to enjoy that and breakfast, though. Overall, itโs a very good experience.โ
โBeautiful spacious new hotel with friendly and engaging staff. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough, staff were so friendly and happy to answer any questions. Access to the airport was brilliant, simply cross the road and the if you need another terminal grab a shuttle, the hotel provide shuttle passes so it's free.
