“Everything was closed. The restaurants were closed, even the gift shop was closed. I enjoyed the room and the hot tub. But the fact that there was not even a way to purchase a panorama sweater was a huge let down. Even the attempts to speak to staff about purchasing something was left with the response of we don’t have any staff.”
