"The reception gave me a free upgrade for my stay which was very nice of them. I guess it is because it is a new hotel that just open last year and I could say that the room was modern and clean. Staff was super friendly. The price is also very reasonable comparing with other hotels in the vicinity. "

"I don't usually review properties, but in this case I feel it's my duty to share what I experienced.
Check in took 1 hour as there's no check in desk, but you're supposed to contact an "agent" (some guy called Steven Gunawan) who asks you to deposit 500 ribu to his bank account in order to guide you through a treasure hunt to collect the keys of the room.
Once we got the keys, the water in the shower was cold (you need to switch on something, but of course you have to figure it out yourself),...
