โDirectly across from the train station and the Racecourse. You couldnโt get a better location! Staff was wonderful and accommodating! Would recommend all to stay here! โ

โThis hotel is situated in a fantastic location. It is an easy walk to both the Albert Docks area and the city centre. It is also situated right on a waterfront, so beautiful views from the back of the hotel and dining area.
We found all staff at this hotel to be very professional, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic, a great range of both food and hot/cold drinks. On-site parking is also very convenient and felt secure. All in all, excellent! โ
โVery simple room accommodations but met our needs for sleeping while using rooms within the restaurant/bar complex as base to travel to Welsh National Eisteddfod in Wrexham for three nights. Not convenient to pick up bus or not many taxi's on the road. Bar staff helpful. โ

โLilly on reception was friendly, helpful and excellent in her role. She checked us in early, the electric tripped in our bedroom and she came up right away and fixed.
