Absolutely gorgeous place! We loved our room and every staff member we interacted with was so friendly and welcoming! They were so generous with our celebration and reason for visiting. Donald the pool bartender was our absolute favorite! He was so much fun and we loved chatting with him. So many onsite activities to do as well.

Great property! You get to relax and stay in nature but with all the luxury amenities. The property does a great job of having constant transportation available to move around the grounds since it’s so big. Loved our room and the quiet pool area was very relaxing with beautiful views of the ocean. All meals were great! Favorite restaurants were Aqua and Portofino. We also loved their buffet and that it had authentic Costa Rican food as options. As for the staff they are all top notch. Everyone we encountered was super friendly, offered great service and always helpful. A huge shout out to Andre who really provided excellent service the days we laid out by the beach.

Property overall was really nice. Great tropical aesthetic, landscaping well taken care of and pools nicely designed. The rooms though could have been nicer. They’re nice but quite small and not sealed off from outside apparently. I was stung by a scorpion on my first night and response for this should have been faster. They just gave us free massages for the inconvenience.

Stayed several places before id say this one was average. The rooms are nice. Views are great. Food was better in town. Jet ski rentals were awesome though. Couldnt get into the spa for 3days. Close to some parks though.
