“Service is great ”

“It was a quiet period and as it was a big anniversary we got upgraded to pool view. Breakfast fabulous, but spacing of tables meant it was quite a trek back and forth to buffet. Trays would have helped. No showers near pools 2 & 3 and nothing at the beach side garden. Coast is rocky - not sure we appreciated that from hotel info & therefore had to access.”

“We loved staying here way better than most of the other hotels we have stayed at in cypress the food way very good most nights in terms of vegetarian and vegan options but there were a few nights where options were limited but that is to be expected. The cleanliness was very good for most of the hotel apart from the woman’s public bathrooms as the bins were overflowing but everything else was very clean and tidy. ”

“We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Very spacious and clean room, amazing pool area and a breakfast buffet with a great variety of tasty and well cooked things to choose from. All the staff we engaged with was very friendly and helpful and made our stay even better. ”

“I booked for one and bathroom was small with shower curtain and bed was double I think but very comfortable.”
