"Our stay at this hotel didn’t start on a good note. Despite being allowed an early check-in, we discovered that the downstairs bedroom (which we had the same category room in during our previous stays) was smaller than the one we had. In our previous stays, the downstairs bedroom had two beds, but this time, it only had one. We immediately inquired with the front desk about availability for a room with two beds, but it took them half an hour to inform us that they didn’t have any.
We also noticed a decline in the cleanliness and effectiveness of the house cleaning staff.
The hotel needs new flooring in the rooms. The carpet makes the room smell like dirty gym socks, especially since the house cleaning staff is declining in quality.
On the positive side, the front desk staff is very kind, and one of them, Kevin, is particularly helpful. He’s been there for quite some time, and if I were to run a hotel in Tremblant, I would definitely try to recruit him.
Although we’ve stayed in this hotel for the past four times in Mont Tremblant, we’ve decided to go back to other hotels we’ve stayed in for future stays, since we understand that they’ve been renovated.
The second best part about this hotel after its friendly and helpful front desk staff is that it is extremely well located in the Mont-Tremblant pedestrian village."
