Very convenient for La Defense (10mins walk) Good gym - though some equipment could do with a service. Local supermarkets very close for getting essentials. Came equipped with Nespresso coffee machine - which was a welcome bonus.

Decent apartment with kitchenette. Beds firm but comfortable. Decent space, microwave, fridge, hob, mini dishwasher; good shower. Excellent mid-size supermarket right next door. I came with a baby and the welcome email advised a "kit-bébé", which we specially requested but was not there when we arrived and the staff were unaware of. We got a high chair and cot before long though, but that's it from the "kit", which is all we really needed. One of the two lifts not having a functional button for the ground floor was a bit annoying, of course that was the one that always arrived...

It's one of the best hotel I've stayed. The staff was very helpful when the AC broke down, they changed us to another room at no extra cost. The supermarket is right next to the hotel and the rooms are very clean and new. Is very close to the Metro and The Arc of La Defense. Very nice neighborhood.

The property is perfect with everything and the warmth of the place is lovely only they need to develop the mode of payment of the washing machine and dryer to be able to pay by contactless or even cash notes and get change

We stayed for ten nights and the housekeep cleaned one time during our stay. The hot water was not very stable. Self laundry in the basement. There were two supermarkets (intermarche/carrefour) in 200 meters. Overall, quite pleasing stay in the apartment.

The room was clean and the space sufficient for our needs. The bathroom though was so strange - the shower was placed in the flat bathroom floor (no raised edges or barrier to contain the water) - perhaps this is a traditional design but not practical in modern times. Every shower ended with a mopping session to get rid of the sea of water from the bathroom floor. And no matter how hard you work, you want have a dry floor to walk on until at least a day later.

Even by Paris standards this hotel was terrible. I paid for five nights in advance online. When I arrived I was told that I hadn't paid and I had to pay again. When I queried this I was told by the guy on reception "I know how to do my job" It was late so I paid another nearly €1,000. Later after I had discussed with Expedia I was told that I had in fact paid online. Even though they were very apologetic it took 3 days to refund me my money. The room was tiny and did not have a proper bed only a sofa bed which was hard and uncomfortable. It was hot and stuffy as. although the room had aircon they had disabled it. Finally the room had either an infestation of fleas or bed bugs and I checked out after 5 night covered in insect bites. Without doubt the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I won't be back and you shouldn't make the mistake of booking..

Bon hôtel mais peut mieux faire

Bon hôtel mais quelques détails ont entaché l’expérience. Le parking n’est pas évident à trouver (parking de l’intermarché), le personnel n’est pas très accueillant, et surtout il y avait beaucoup d’agitation dans le hall de l’hôtel et dans la chambre au dessus de la nôtre. Par contre l’hôtel a un bon état général et le petit déjeuner était très complet.
