On the other hand, we are very sorry that you have lost money and even more that you have blamed us. Are you sure it is in the hotel and not in twon? Our cleaning team is stable and loyal; we never worry about theft; is it still surprising to leave € 100 on a bedside table ?! The staff of the establishment are considered and paid correctly, no one needs to stole. You announced when you left that money was stolen ; why didn't you come to reception when you found out when you got back to your room? If you haven't, is it that you shouldn't be sure ?! All of our rooms are equipped with a personal code safe, this does not create ambiguity on the subject of theft, why did you not use it? You are one of the most rigorous nationalities, we remain very surprised by the situation that you announce. We sincerely regret this situation and we hope that you will keep, despite everything, a good memory of your trip to Europe. Sincerely yours

Dear Madam, Your message is not very clear, travelers who read us in copy will not understand what you are criticizing us for. We have no problem with Expedia who must have already confirmed this to you. Your attitude is becoming suspicious Madam, you refuse to admit that you accepted the conditions of sale and you are punishing us for your lack of analysis. Expedia, Best Western or whoever wanted you, have nothing to reproach us for. We are an independent hotel, we made you an offer which you accepted. Nobody forced you to do it. If you didn't agree you had to check with your agency, once again Expedia or Best Western, never mind, and find another hotel. Good afternoon from Paris,It is nice to hear that you were happy with our hotel and the place where it is. We have the chance to be in a great location for sightseeing and shopping and have a large choice of restaurants not far away. Our Customers appreciate, like you do. You booked one of our junior suites, the biggest room at the hotel (30.50 m2). For information, we have 4 other types of rooms and even if there is less space ( between 12 to 27 m2 ) we make them the most comfortable possible for our guests.It would be great to welcome you again and, till than, we wish you a nice spring time.Greti and the Sydney Opera hotel team
