The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The linens and towels were very nice. We stayed 5 days and had a stocked kitchenette with a large refrigerator. The daily breakfast was very nice! For the price this hotel was perfect for our visit.

Highly recommended! Only one thing is the hotel location was not easily found, especially when you traveling with uber. But if you go with metro, it’s excellent, just 3 mins walk from metro and connected with foot bridge

Love the location nearby the metro, line 1 yellow, excellent for visiting the monuments and museums. The personal were extremely kind and helpful, my apartment was clean and quiet and also with a lot of space, great for cooking. The hotel has washing and drying machines and free coffee!

I would say the Hotel was average given the 4 Star rating. This is a functional hotel next to a metro and rooms are ok. Beds very comfortable and space was good. Bathrooms very small.

Was good. Quiet in rooms but got a bit hot and couldn’t figure out how to regulate the heating so just opened doors onto the balcony which helped but opening them meant lots of noise from street traffic. Generally was clean and very cosy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location absolutely great for getting into Paris by metro. I’d recommend.

We stayed here in a one bedroom apartment with our two children (13 and 11) over the Easter weekend. The sofa bed was super and plenty big enough for the two of them. The entire apartment was perfect for the weekend with everything we needed and so close to the metro that it was incredibly easy to get into the city centre for all the sights. They only serve breakfast but there are a few places nearby where you can eat - the main La Défense area is only one stop away on the metro or a 19 mins walk away and has great shopping and so many places to eat. I’d happily recommend and we definitely stay there again.

No service at all

Not an hotel, easy as that. Hotels.com advertise this as a 4 star Hotel, but this is a room rent service, there's no Cleaning every day as I expected, the 2 caps to have an expresso coffee were not replaced once used, The towels were not replaced. For the price I paid I expected a bit more. Maybe not their issue if they are a room rental (can't even call it apartment) service, but quite weird they asked me if I preferred a high or low floor, I stated high and they gave me the 5th floow. Why Bothering then ? And do not tell me the hotel was full because it was not. On the other hand I appreciated the comfnort of the bed and the nice Big TV, the shower was also very comfy and wide. Please make sure you are advertised as Room Rental service.

This hotel is near the Metro....you can hop off the metro and walk for about 5 minutes to the hotel. The rooms are clean have all amenities and appear to be new.There were 5 of us ( a family) so we got an apartment and a studio, next to each. This is a great place if you are staying for a while because it has a full kitchen. The toilet being separate from the bath was a nice feature. The staff were very nice and gave me extra blankets as requested. The only issue is there was no complimentary coffee or tea in room, like American hotels. However, there is a convenience store about a 2 minutes walk where you can probably buy some.
