I liked the commitment of some of the staff. But also one staff in particular a member of management at the front desk was inattentive and passed the buck as if she did not want to be bothered. Limited vegetarian dishes in the restaurant, bed was nice and comfortable as well as the rare occasion of having a bathtub of which I enjoyed a warm bath. Yes, it was an average hotel.

Great hotel. Conveniently located near the airport. We had the family room which was huge, had two separate bathrooms and a mini kitchen. Spotless clean and super comfortable bed. Even had the second bed ready for our daughter which was lovely. We did not need to have to set it up. Lovely. Highly recommend.

Amazing hotel. Very quiet and clean. Staff very helpful. Easy to get to the airport. Just be aware that the deposit for a night is $250, wish I could have seen this somewhere in the info when I booked. Everything else great 🙌

My room's AC did not work, and it took a while to get a new room, which greatly delayed my bedtime. I was hoping to have a long and good night's sleep. In the new room, there was no washcloth, small towels, or a hairdryer. The hotel was rather dirty and outdated. I had stayed in that hotel some years back when it was a Crowne Plaza hotel, which was wonderful at the time and it was the reason I opted for this hotel. The hotel is now under different ownership and it shows. I would not recommend it.

The Hotel was clean, and the staff were very welcoming. The room was spacious and had a little kitchen part which i didnt use. There was an iron and board but a little dated, The Bar was nice. We didn't have breakfast. Well situated for shuttle to Parc Espositions for trade show. A very nice base for our trip

Very good hotel.

My stay was short but good. This hotel is close to the airport and has its own restaurant and spa. Beds were comfortable and even the sofa/bed was awesome. Nice showers with very good pressure and hot water. My only complain was that the washbasin was clogged and slow. Other than that, my stay was good.
