Dear Aziz, We are sad to receive such a poor feedback eventhough we did our best to make sure you have a good stay and made few commercial gestures for you. We have upgraded you free of charge from Standard room to Prime room and on the day of you check out we accepted that you leave at 12:30 instead of a regular time 11:30. Unfortunately you could leave only after 15h which is very late for us as the check in time is 15H and there was another guest waiting for his room and the house keeper didn't have time to prepare the room. In this case we usually charge the fee of the whole night as we can not sell the room but we were willing to apply only late check out fee which is 70 (not 80). It is indeed menthoned in our policy and it was debited with your agreement.Despite this unfortunate misunderstanding we would be glad to host you again at the Hotel Edgar & Achille.Kind regards, Team Edgar&Achille
