Handy and welcoming

Handy location for central Paris and its various attractions. Many are within reasonable walking distance while there’s also a Metro two minutes around the corner for anyone less mobile. Double room felt perhaps slightly cramped, but I guess that’s like many hotels in city locations. Comfy bed and staff were all friendly and courteous. As a light sleeper, a minor downside was occasional traffic noise so a room at the back may be something to request.

The staff of this hotel is great. It's the second time my wife and I stay at this hotel and we have received the best of care and services by its kind staff directed by its Manager. We feel this place is our home in Paris. Thanks to all particularly to Araci, Maysha, Emile, Michael, Mamadou and Aïssatou. When we go back to Paris we will certainly stay again at this venue which by the way is located walking distance to most Paris important attractions/monuments.

Too expensive - would not stay again.

This hotel was too expensive for the condition of the bathroom and the carpet in the room. The bathroom was downright shabby. The tub and vanity were in disgraceful shape. The windows are not insulated and the street noise goes on all night long. The only positive comment we can make is that the breakfast is very good for the price and the hostess was wonderful.

Worst experience with holiday inn, ever

The hotel building is very primitive and not maintained at all. There was no place for shower. Only bath tub with no curtain. Hardly any place to stand for even one person. If you have bags, there won’t be any space in the room to even stand. Rooms are so small. I’ve been staying with holiday inn for more than a decade and have stayed in multiple countries but this was my worst experience. This stay was for 5 nights for approx CAD 800 per night

Chambres à rénover en urgence. Poussières et acariens dans les moquettes (je suis allergique) C’est dommage pour cette belle adresse dans le huitième. Détail : on a payé environ 400€/nuit mais le prix affiché pour la chambre de base était « jusqu’à 1200€ ». Délirant ? Non : JO !

内務省が近くにあるためホテルの前の交差点に警官が２４時間警備に立っており安心。部屋は狭いけどコンパクトに設備が整っていた。マイナス点はシャワーのコーナーのシールドが割れていて水が漏れてしまったこととシャワーヘッドの根元からお湯が漏れておりシャワーのパワーが削がれてれいたこと。

The staff at this property are the best thing about the whole place. Everyone at the front desk was absolutely brilliant and went out of their way to be helpful. Absolutely loved it. The rooms were adequate and we appreciated the complimentary water and coffee facilities. Hotel is also ideally located and pretty easy to walk everywhere. Loved it and would stay again and again.

Goid for short stay

Lovely hotel and enjoyed our stay. The reception staff were very welcoming. Only downside was the size of the room which was quite small though having said that we both had an excellent nights sleep. Breakfast was so so and I suspect hot items would have run out if we had been later for breakfast. Nice area with Champs Elysees within walking distance. Woukd definitely stay again.
