Staff were very friendly and chatty. Rooms were clean and beds and towels refreshed daily. Decor was dated and some stains on carpets but nothing awful. Room was large enough, cupboard inbuilt into the wall to hang clothes and store suitcases. Also a table and chair. Large bathroom with shower over bath. Great rooftop views. Disappointed there was no kettle in room for a morning coffee. Breakfast was available and though we didn't have it, it was popular with other guests.

Friendly staff who speak English, Comfy beds with memory foam mattresses. No air con, but there was a really effective fan. Some people have complained about the noise of Metro trains - yes, you can hear them, but it's not intrusive. The rooms are clean, but the hotel is in need of some refurbishment, which is reflected in the price. Nice area - would recommend Brasserie a la Place Saint Georges.

I really enjoyed everything about this stay. The room was small but that was not a problem as it was just me. The room was exactly what I needed. It had a fan which was amazing, as it was very hot outside. The staff was so kind, I had passport problems and they were very kind when I was obviously quite stressed. They even let me add two days to my trip last minute. The location was perfect for me. It is right next to Sacre Coeur and the Moulin Rouge. There were lots of charming and delicious little restaurants nearby. One of the nicest qualities was that the metro was literally right around the corner. I had a great stay and would recommend to those who are looking for a great location.

I like the room recommend the supreme room. The balcony is big in this room is very airy not small.. I do believe the shower needs to have a shower curtain, shower wets the floor because of the height where the shower is The toilet in the room is separate was excellent clean. This room is on the 5th floor and there is an elevator there if you have luggage to take it up and down it is really useful. You can have breakfast in the morning at appx. 12 euros up until 10am. I recommend this hotel because of the location everything sightseeing was around us, within 15-20 I didn’t have to travel far on the bus the Services very good and air-condition, while we were there it was extremely hot.. Quietly pleased with myself choice because I’ve chosen well the hotel is very good and the staff was extremely friendly for the price that we paid,,very good value for money. I didn’t expect this good.

Great location in the middle of everything and easy access to train and busses. Not the best room quality but super fair for the price. If you’re just looking for somewhere to sleep and shower while enjoying the city to the max, this is the spot. No luggage storage on property but there are a few places within a couple blocks. Staff was super nice and helpful and the place was clean and maintained. No a/c but they did have a tower fan and you can open the windows to get some fresh air in there.

An unpretentious, no-frills hotel with clean rooms. Friendly staff. The only massive inconvenience: the hotel does not accept luggage deposit on the day you check out! We were told to look for luggage storage somewhere else in the area. We ended up queueing for 45 mins at the luggage deposit at the Gare du Nord.

The hotel is very well located. Next to the metro. Hotel is clean but they didn’t turn on the heater on the 1 st night and it’s so high you can’t reach . The second night the water inside the heater makes noise obviously no maintenance for the heater! It’s difficult to sleep. Last point which is no luggage depot so if you have a night flight, you need to pay extra money to find a luggage depot which is not convenient. For the money you pay in Paris I think that’s the situation. No correct price and correct service !

The hotel served its purpose; I wasn't expecting a 5-star experience, I knew it would be something simple, but what I didn't expect was the musty smell coming from the bathroom because they stored old things upstairs. The carpet was extremely old, to the point that there was practically no carpet left. The bed, although comfortable, was very saggy. The person who checked me in at reception wasn't friendly at all. Don't expect to be able to store your luggage if you need to; they won't help you. The hotel is in very good area, good transportation!

The good things first; the beds were good and the location was great! There were many nice and delicious places to eat and go out - just round the corner. But, the room was worn out and not very clean (we found hair on the bath room floor and in the bed). The “emergency exit” sign in the room was shining very brightly all night which made it difficult to sleep. And the metro was just beneath the room, so every 3 minutes we could hear it pass by. The windows didn’t let in any light or fresh air - so the room seemed almost like a little cave. We had expected more considering the price, however we have never visited Paris before, so we don’t know the standards in general.

This room immediately smelled like cigarette smoke, the carpets are old and stained, and there was facial hair in the bathroom, like from someone shaving previously. The shower is not a proper mounted shower head, which we heard is common in Paris, but we wish it was better advertised, there was no shower curtain either. Budget friendly and within walking distance of good food places, and 1+ hour walking distance to all the tourist sites, but definitely not the nicest place we’ve stayed. Upside is the beds were very comfortable, but we just felt the room was not as clean as the pictures made it seem.
