Very clean hotel with pleasant staff. The food is also good. Having breakfast in the atrium was my favorite.
The one issue we had was with the room. We had reserved a room with two beds and they gave us one bed. They said that they could put two twin beds on the box spring but it wouldn’t have given us any more space so we didn’t see the point in doing that.
We would’ve been a lot more comfortable having our own bed so that was a disappointment.
excellent, comfortable, well-located and well run hotel. only negative was extremely slow breakfast service the one time we tried it, but there are very pleasant cafes a block away.

Stay was very nice. Wonderful location to walk from.
Old world French ambience and extraordinary service. Small hotel with truly exceptional staff, quiet, the aroma of the wood burning fireplace permeates the common areas in winter, while the interior courtyard provides solace in the summer. My fave in Paris for years.
This 3-might stay ended a 2 week stay in Paris. It’s always delightful to be at the Abby. We got great service from the front desk and the wait staff. So quiet and serene after a busy day in Paris.

Great area to stay close to tons of restaurants and shopping streets. About 20 minute walk to Louvre area., 30 minute walk to Notre Dame. Cute boutique hotel but could use some refreshing. We opted for a king bed on Expedia for 3 nights/ 2 rooms but were given a double bed. We complained about this and were switched to king the next two nights.
We will be pursuing a refund for the difference of the first night stay with Expedia.
Stayed in two different hotels in Paris, and another in Nice. This was our favorite of all the places. Clean and cozy beds. Quiet rooms looking over the garden. Charming
This is a gorgeous old hotel in a beautiful part of Paris. It is close to dining, shopping, Luxembourg Gardens, st Sulpice and so much more. It is quintessentially French in its style and it’s approach. The breakfast was delicious and so fresh, from freshly squeezed juices to fresh fruit salad. The interior of the rooms is a little tired, but this can be overlooked in favour of the location of this delightful hotel. The staff in the bar and breakfast area were unbelievably helpful, and so kind. We loved the garden, and the quiet stillness of the hotel within such a dynamic city.

Near shopping, but rooms are small and high priced
Stayed here on a recommendation. The surrounding area has plenty of restaurants and higher end shopping. There is a small courtyard entry and one in the back to enjoy the hotel cafe.
We were able to check in early, which was great.
Bed is comfortable. Bathroom is large for Paris and updated.
Service at the cafe in the hotel is slow, but that is not unique to this cafe.
The room is small, dark. It is clean, however the decor is dated. I believe this is intentional. No refrigerator. Only electrical outlet is on the opposite side of the room from bed.
They require use of a bellman for luggage. Also require you to leave your room key when you leave the hotel.
Comfortable and beautifully furnished public spaces. The courtyard garden cafe was delightful. The staff were very helpful and attentive too. Our guest room was small, which is typical of Paris. There were two of us, but there was no good place to store a 2nd suitcase. But we made it work. The bathroom had a soaking tub, a nice perk. But it was narrow and deep and slippery. There were no grab bars, so it was nearly impossible to get out of it. My husband had to help pull me up. A grab bar would be very helpful, plus enhance safety.

overpriced and average.
have stayed here before but do not think i will again. honestly a bit overpriced for the room- we chose to include breakfast, which was good but again not quite worth the price. the dining area has no music playing so it’s very quiet and awkward in the mornings- you overhear every word anyone says which lends to a strange environment. i asked about music (they turn it on in the afternoon) and was told it wasn’t possible. room was fine. two twin beds pushed together but made up separately (tucked firmly in the middle). a bit strange to sleep that way as a couple. nice products in the bathroom.
asked the front desk with help making a dinner reservation- was told they would call the following day (??) and no one ever did nor did they follow up with me. i sorted it on my own.
overall, disappointing experience, although the location is great.
Very nice small and quiet boutique hotel in St. Germain. Staff was helpful and courteous. Room was small but comfortable. Housekeeping changed all linens daily but occasionally failed to restock water and coffee pods. Breakfast was very pleasant and evening drinks were available from small bar, Nice sitting rooms.
