The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, the entire hotel staff was great. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. Great location—just a short walk to the Metro, nearby bakeries, and several good restaurants. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay!

This was not a tourist area. You could tell it was a local beach spot. The neighborhood has quiet a bit of trash but the people were very friendly and we never felt uneasy. The host actually picked us up from the train. Would recommend this area if you want some down time from all the tourist areas!

The staff is the best reason to stay here. It’s easy access to the metro and several options to eat. The room was nice but…the bathroom needs urgent attention. It’s not in good condition. Not dirty just old and dated. Needs to be at the par of the room. Sylwja At the front desk was “superb” the area is really nice Paris neighborhood. Loved my stay

The hotel itself is fabulous and everyone who works there was so kind and willing to offer help with anything it was truly a lovely experience. For that reason I give them wonderful reviews but the pillows are very thin and hard and the TV had an option to cast to but didn’t work which would’ve been nice since I don’t speak French and I would’ve just watched my cast to the TV. Something with the wifi wouldn’t adapt. The bed was very hard as well and I had a hard time sleeping but the linens were very nice and fresh. So I’m torn on my review and want to be honest but also do not want to diminish anyone who works there because the staff was just wonderful in every way. It’s very close to public transportation, nice shopping, good restaurants, and super easy to get Ubers and taxis. If you like a firm bed then you’ll love it all.

Comfortable and good location

Love the location and the room was nice and clean. The free coffee is soooo good and every pm they have little treats in the lobby. Overall a comfortable stay.

Small nice hotel with great location. Friendly and very helpful staff. Rooms were small but nice and clean. Walking distance to Arc the Triumph and metro stations. Downside - it's quite noisy in rooms facing the street outside.

My sister and I loves the hotel location, near the Champs Elysees with easy access to shopping, restaurants, sightseeing buses, and Arc de Triomphe that we love. The neighborhood itself is full of restaurants. It is also close to public transfortation and other major streets and parks. The hotel itself is very cozy. Everone at the front desk was very friendly and helpful whether in giving directions or calling a taxi, etc. Breakfast was fabulous, with varried items that would tempt any palate. We met Alomise, in charge of breakfast, who must be the friendliest person we have ever met. She made us feel so welcome. She made sure that all our needs were met. Thank you Alomise. You are an asset to the hotel.

The stuff working there are the hi-light of the place, very very nice , smiling, helpful, welcoming etc… it was super safe and enjoyable for me and my daughter. Though that we were alone the area and the hotel were safe! walkable to many beautiful restaurants and monuments. I ll choose that hotel over and over again
