Cheap & convenient for the airport. No reply to messages sent prior to arrival or when I called the hotel from the airport to arrange the shuttle pick up at night… the hotel is easy to reach by tram from the airport luckily.

Staff was friendly and helpful. If you are arriving and departing from the Orly airport they offer a free shuttle. The breakfast was delicious. They run a very clean and neat hotel.

Need a great airport Hotel?

We had an excellent experience here from the start when our hotel bus driver arrived and when we saw the beyclean room. We were offered cold refreshments at check in and the staff was super friendly and informative. We went to the restaurant for a delicious dinner and the gym to do some exercise. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a fabulous experience.

Great airport hotel with free parking and shuttle!

Very reasonably priced airport hotel. Basic, but comfortable. Parking was easy and plentiful. Room was quiet. It was nice it had a kettle. Common areas were clean and well maintained and well lit. The shuttle was huge and reliable. It runs every 30 minutes.

Clean and proper with convenient access to Orly airport. Staff was very friendly specially Mohammed. I have one observation tho the mirror in the ladies bathroom was too high you can’t even seen yourself unless you are 2 meters tall!

NICE SPOT NICE PEOPLE

From check in to check out, it was perfect. Staff is super pro, smily and helpful. The hotel is well located for flyers like me. Shuttle is efficient too. One info is needed, once you are at Orly airport the shuttle pick up area is at D1 bus stop, in the middle of the parking lot for Orly 1-2-3. Breakfast is nice and staff too. I simply recommend this stay.

So the staff was friendly and efficient. The lobby area was clean and well appointed. The room was clean and comfortable. The outside needs refurbishing but the close proximity and airport shuttle made the stay worthwhile. Just a note, I didn’t ask for an accessible room so was unable to use the shower but that’s on me. Has a nice deep tub.

The hotel was nice. Ease of check in was fine except the front desk staff was not cordial. I felt ignore by them at times. A staff of East Indian descent scolded me when I didn’t realize the coffee at the front desk was not self serve. I felt embarrassed in front of others. The location was very good and the rooms were inviting but the front desk staff needs to provide better customer service.

It’s an older property but very well located close to the airport. You get good value for what you pay for. The staff is amazing and always willing to help you out. We had many requests for them and they would always answer them with a smile in their face. I would recommend this hotel for anyone on a budget that needs to be close to Orly Airport. There is a very nice restaurant in the first level with 5 star food.

When our Uber driver pulled up to the hotel, I honestly thought it was a joke. The outside looks poverty stricken. I told the driver that I don't stay in such hotels. However, even though the glass doors to the lobby were shattered, the interior was clean and pleasant. The staff were amazing and we're much better with English than I am at French. Overall, the hotel was similar to a Red Roof in. The stay was a success regardless of the curb appeal.
