Dear Sir or Madam Thank you for taking the time to give us your detailed opinion of our hotel. You did indeed stay in a superior room, which is the largest room category the hotel offers. We are sorry to read that it did not live up to your expectations. We had offered you a change of room free of charge, which you refused. Concerning the keys, we only have one key per room, but we suggest that you keep the keys at reception so that they are always available when you are at the hotel. At your request, we have given you a second key. As regards the wifi, we offered you an alternative solution when you complained to reception and our technician was able to repair it. Finally, our hotel is equipped with reversible air conditioning, i.e. either air conditioning or heating. At the end of October in autumn, we cannot offer our guests air conditioning rather than heating. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you require any further explanation.
