가성비 좋은 호텔
방의 크기나 청결도 편안함 모두 괜찮은 호텔입니다. 다만 프랑스 비즈니스호텔은 방에 냉장고가 없는 경우가 많은것 같습니다. 이것 외에는 특별히 불편함이 없는 투숙이었습니다. 동역, 북역이 모두 가까워(3분이내) 교통편이 편리하고, 호텔 옆에 슈퍼마켓과 청과물시장이 있어 식료품 구매도 편리합니다.

일정이 늦어져서 하루 늦게 체크인 했는데, 체크인 하려고 보니 내 방을 다름고객에게 팔았다고 한다. 너무 당당하게 다른 방도 없다고 하고, 세계 최악의 호텔 서비스를 경험했다.

Good location for easy transfer from Eurostar. Hotel was clean and staff very accommodating on arrival. Area around was very noisy and the climate control was impossible to work without instructions, which were not in the room. Needed to open windows for ventilation but made the outside noise unbearable at times with difficulty in sleeping.

This hotel was wonderful. The staff was extremely helpful and went out their way to accommodate. Breakfast options were good. Though the bar is just the breakfast area, not a separate bar.

it's an amazing experience. Competitive price but deliver more than that. Receptionist is nice and don't miss the breakfast, it's great ! Just a few minutes walk from Near Gare du Nord station

Chambre bruyante (extérieur et intérieur). Literie confortable mais difficile d’en profiter pleinement avec les bruits ambiants. Salle bain correct, mais état non conforme à un 4* Le spa n’est pas accessible facilement, sur s réservation, faudrait il encore le savoir, donc impossible à utiliser

désolé que vous n'ayez apprécié que moyennement votre séjour. Vous auriez dû nous informer du fait que vous êtes sensible au bruit, nous vous aurions attribué une chambre sur cour, plus calme.Quant au spa il me semble qu'il est clairement indiqué sur votre réservation que son accès est possible sur réservation car il est plébiscité et souvent complet.Désolé de ce désagrément.

A charming central Hotel
Clean, comfortable and very welcoming. We loved having a balcony, even in November. Excellent responses to any problems. Overall Very good to Excellent.

The staff was amazing and it's very close to the Gard du Nord train station. Even though that the room wasn't ready when I arrived it was OK because I was able to leave my luggage. When I came back I had found out that the staff brought my luggage up to my room. A very nice treat. The area is ideal for walking to a few different hotspots and near the metro. The staff were very helpful in setting up a car service for me to the airport upon my departure. I would highly recommend this place. Good food/drinks, free Wi-Fi, it has an elevator and in the room there was a blow dryer.

Me llamo Meritxell pizarro y os voy a explicar mi experiencia en este hotel, espero que os pueda servir de ayuda y no os estafen como a mi. Es la peor experiencia que he tenido, para empezar cogí este hotel desde una página y ponía que estaba en el centro cuando realmente estaba a 3km de centro en una zona un tanto “peligrosa” por llamarlo de alguna manera. Las habitaciones no son como en las fotos, son muy pequeñas y realmente feas, los baños muy poco provechosos y el espejo súper mal conservado. Como no me gustaron las habitaciones había pedido si podía irme y me dijeron que sí solo que tenía que hacer la cancelación 48h antes y que podía hacer una reserva en otro hotel, que me tendría que quedar una noche mas, el mismo día volví a preguntar a otro chico y me dijeron que no me iban a devolver nada que no se podía, que los de la página web tenían que enviarles un correo, los de la página web les llamaron y nos comunicaron que los del hotel no querían dejarnos ir, total que al final mi hija y yo nos fuimos a otro hotel y no nos devolvieron el dinero. Representa que es un hotel de 4 estrellas, he llegado a ir a hoteles de 4 estrellas el doble de barato, con mejor servicio y mejor localización, sin hormigas en la cama y sin estafas, porque fue una estafa lo que nos hicieron, ya que en la política de el hotel ponía que solo se nos penalizaría una noche no que no nos iban a devolver todo el dineros restante. En fin si no queréis que os estafen no vengáis !!

Podrías ir a otro barrio. El tamaño de las habitaciones se describe con precisión en nuestro sitio web Y en Expedia, no hay sorpresas desagradables que esperar. En cuanto a nuestra política de cancelación, está muy clara y escrita en tu reserva. Querías salir del hotel, pero aún estaba pendiente tu reserva. Lo siento.

Horrible experience
Horrible horrible experience!! I am actually back to Hotel Mademoiselle in purpose since I ve been here for my honeymoon five years before. But the truth is I cannot have a sound sleep because my room is close to the lift which is extremely noisy. It sounds like somebody keep moving the heavy closet or bed during the mid night. At the first beginning, I confused why somebody move furnitures in midnight, but finally I figured out it’s the lift!!

Unfortunately our room AC was not working v well during the night, so we had to open the window and the noise led for v uncomfortable night. However the friendliness of the staff, particularly Renee, during checkout helped make up for it. The hotel was decent value for money for where we were, very convenient for Gard de Nord and Gare D’est.

The location was very convenient. However, the hotel internet in the room wasn't very strong and at times unusable. You would need to either go to the lobby for internet or wait long periods.

Room was small and not particularly attractive, but mostly good anyway. Clean and quiet. A/C didn’t get the room as cool as preferred, though it was turned all the way down. Management said they fixed it, but it still didn’t get really cool. But it was ok anyway. Breakfast was good. Hotel seems expensive, but it’s cheaper than others. People are very nice.
