Great little hotel in a fantastic location! Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Location is less than 5 minutes from a metro station that has 3 lines. Less than 20 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, 10 minute walk to Parc Champs de Mars (Tower viewing). Also many get shops and restaurants within 5-10 minutes.

A night out in Paris

The location of the hotel is perfect; just a 15 minutes walk to the Eiffel Tower and very close to the metro stations. Keep in mind that the rooms are very small, but to be honest, if you visit Paris, is to explore it, not be at a hotel room. Our only complaint was that since it's winter, even though the room had A/C, it was locked and it could only be used for heat. So at night, even if the A/C was off, the room got a little hot and we had to open the windows, but then we could hear all of the street noise. Other than that, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

This is a little hotel as many other in paris. If you stay here with an American mindset you're probably not gonna like it. If you're an open-minded person, you will love it. Excellent location for shopping getting around transportation and so forth. Bakery, right next door to it with great coffee. What else can I say or ask for. What else can I say

Excellent budget hotel for Paris standards. Near metro, markets etc in Rue De Commerce. Restaurants, shops everywhere and just a block away from the metro. 20 minute walk to Eiffel Tower etc. a delicious Boulangery downstair. Highly recommended.

Perfect location when visiting Paris. All the rest are bad. Big noise. No isolation. The window is facing to the kitchen. The smells of decayed food comes to the room all nights. Very small room.

This hotel was amazing. The staff was super friendly. We lost our phone and the staff took time to call our Uber driver and retrieve it for us.. They went above and beyond to help us. I would highly recommend this hotel.

four days in Paris

It was my annual visit to Paris and friends weekend. I stay in the 15th as that is where I lived oh so many years ago. I think I have stayed in 8-10 different hotels in the area. Most were good as was this one. It is a short walk to the Metro with a Boulangerie right next door. So convenient.

internet kept dropping out, the bathroom smelt damp, though my room was cleaned everyday, the bedding was never changed, the floor was dirty, my mum said, she felt something bite her at night, the walls were thin, can hear next door and on the first night, all i heard was a buzzing noise thinking it was the air-con but after turning the air-con off still heard the noise all night, no shower gel or shampoo, only a bath soap ( had to buy my own) room is very small and so is the bathroom, bathroom can only fit one person and you have just enough space to turn around, only good thing is the location, metro right outside, Effiel tower 15 mins walk, loads of coffee shops / restaurants around, i will only give it a 2 star hotel, for the price, not worth it

Property is too old and not well maintained. Location is great as you have the station in the corner and could go anywhere from there. Personally don’t think I’d stay there again. But if your going on a budget it’s a good option.

It is a very nice property although on arrival even though it's advertised as 24 hour check-in, the receptionist was asleep under a duvet and needed to be woken up. I also had to return later to the hotel to collect my passport as they forgot to give it back to me at check in. It is very conveniently located in the city, close to metro stations and about 1 mile from the Eiffel Tower.

Good access, but Hotel hygiene falls short

I recently stayed at this hotel and found the location to be excellent, just a 3-minute walk from the metro station, making it easy to reach any tourist attractions. However, the cleanliness was a concern; I noticed some small insects in the bathroom, and the shower area was very cramped. Additionally, the hot and cold water supply was inconsistent, and the water pressure was low. The air conditioning unit often made noise, and the sound insulation was average. I could feel vibrations from passing trains early in the morning, which disturbed my sleep. Another downside was that the single bedrooms on the upper floors did not have lift access to the first and second floors, so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs. Overall, while the location is great, some improvements are needed in terms of cleanliness and amenities.
