The staff was an absolute standout, especially Felipe Cardona, who was incredibly kind and helpful through everything I could have needed. I spent a good night and the services are highly recommendable

Hotel was nice and clean. Location is good with access to metro nearby. The metro passes underground, so you could hear it, feel it passing by, but I was okay with that. The only major issue at least for me and my wife was that there was no shower curtain, so that made it real difficult to shower because I was trying not to get the floor all wet. That was real awkward. Overall 3 out of 5.

The hotel was in a good location, with many restaurants nearby. The metro was also very close which made travel in the city convenient. Breakfast had a good selection and a good value. Since we were so close to the metro, we could hear the rumble of trains arriving, we did get use to the sound. The rooms were fairly small but had everything you needed. The bathroom was a good size.

Noisy rooms, elevator dating from 60s, receptionists in the evening not helpful. A part of the hotel doesn't have elevator so one should be careful while booking. Range of breakfast menu is very limited given the price we pay for it. Wash basin got chocked and we shifted to another room and that room's wash basin also got chocked.

Paris has a great Metro system and Montparnasse is a major bus and subway hub. I was able to get anywhere in the city. Usually within thirty minutes. One of the main train stations is right there as well.

Nous avons toujours l’impression qu’il a un tremblement de terre à cause du métro et on atttends tout dans la salle de bain d’à côté besoin de rafraîchissement car la salle de bain pas de redorai de douche ou est le bain et le bain est usé et sale , support serviette entrain de tomber ,,, pour le prix trop cher

It is in a very great location - central and literally right at the metro stop. Lots of restaurants and bistros nearby. The front desk people ar4e super friendly and helpful. However the room is not very clean, has a smell, and very old looking. The carpet needs to be changed. But given the price and location, it is still a win.

While not updated, facilities were clean and quaint, and had character. The location is incredible—a metro stop just outside, small grocery across the street, cafes just next door, and even an adorable public water fountain just a few buildings down. Luggage hold was complimentary. Breakfast was good, though note that allergens were not listed at the buffet of mostly breads, cold meats, cheese, and fruit. I would absolutely stay here again.

The staff was very friendly but our plane was delayed a day so we were late for our reservation. My husband called to arrange things and the person on the phone told him it would be fine we would just have to pay for all of our nights we had booked which made sense to us. When we got there the next morning our reservation had been cancelled and they had charged us for the one night we didn’t check in. They no longer had a room for us but found us one the next night. We spent most of a day after getting off of an overnight flight wandering Paris without a shower and jet lagged. It all worked out in the end but started out rocky.

This hotel is convenient to metro stations and lines, great restaurants and boulangeries. The staff was friendly and the facilities are clean. They provide luggage storage. The rooms have AC and there is a small elevator if you don't want to take the stairs. For a fee, you can get breakfast in the lobby and there are a variety of options but we didn't partake.

The location was excellent, near Luxembourg Garden, plenty of bistros and shopping. The room was spacious relative to other hotels in Paris. The major downside is that if you are a light sleeper, the underground is quite noisy even with windows closed. Sound sleepers no problem.

The subway was right beneath the hotel so the rumbles were frequent, and if you’re not okay with stairs then this isn’t for you. I ended up being the third floor with the last room down the hall with no elevator, so dragging up my bags was pretty tiring. The rooms were nice though with a little closet, desk, and comfy bed. The bathroom was small but as I wasn’t hanging out in the hotel that much and it was just me, I didn’t mind. Only downside to the bathroom was I was given used soaps and such, so that made me a little suspicious on the cleanliness. Don’t try to check in early though! Unless you’re paying for early check in, you WILL have to wait until 2pm (they’ll hold your bags though).

This is a great location, close to great food and the metro. Rooms are small but clean and have everything you need. It is over the metro station and I didn’t see it in any reviews but we were on the first floor and could feel the metro and hear the rumbling through the night. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Lovely stay, staff very helpful very clean throughout. Excellent location. Stayed in room 23, the only negative view was the mini bar, which smelt of rotten fish and needed to be deep cleaned or replaced, was not able use, did complain with receptionist. It was also noisy hearing the metro running in the early hours of the morning sounded a bit like a thunderstorm.

Cozy but wifi issue
Cozy hotel and center of a Main Street where you can get multiple busses or trains. The wifi was not working the day of arrival, the next days didn’t connect either ( issues with their router). Our key got deactivated the next morning. Be prepped to walk up a lot of stairs
