Hello Mr Decio, We are really sorry to hear that your staying at our hotel wasn't the best of it and is not the imagine our establishment. As to know in most of Ibis there not refrigerator in the rooms but in need for our guest we can take some items and put on our bar refrigerator. For the gel shower is our mistake for not checkin but our reception is open 24h/24h for all your demands. Again we are deeply sorry for the incovenient but we hope to see you again soon with a welcome worthy our image. Regards,
