정말 만족합니다!
런던에서 유로스타를 타고 도보로 이동하여 체크인 가능한 거리에 있습니다. 도보 이동시에 주위 환경이 청결하다는 인상은 받지 못했지만, 체크인 할때부터 환대를 받는다는 느낌이 들었습니다. 객실은 청결하고 관리가 잘 되어 있고, 조식도 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 루브르 박물관의 입장권도 예매가 가능했는데 여름 성수기라서 그런지 당일 입장권은 못했고 다음날 것을 예매하여 다녀왔습니다. 예매 시에도 직원이 친절히 안내해 주었습니다. 파리 동역 바로 앞이라 지하철로 관광지를 다니기에는 매우 편리했습니다. 큰 도로 옆이라 밤에 약간의 소음은 있었으나 불편할 정도는 아니었습니다.

파리동역 역근처에있어 이동이 편해요. 방은 깨끗하지만 구조가 생각보다 좁아요.

위치 좋은 호텔
파리 동역을 이용하기에 아주 좋은 위치입니다. 지하철 입구 바로 앞에 호텔이 위치하여 있고, 1-2분 정도 걸으면 동역으로 갈 수 있어요. 깔끔하고 무난한 호텔이지만 방이 넓지는 않았고 근처에 성당이 위치해있어서 조용하지는 않았어요. (종을 너무 많이 쳐서..) 욕실에 어메니티들이 잘 갖춰져 있는 점은 좋았어요.

Overall it's ok considering price but room is little small for 2 persons but spacious in bathroom. Wifi is well connected in the lobby & restaurant but in my room (5F), it is extremely difficult to access the wifi. Location is good easy to access the East Station & subway but looks dangeous at night because a lots of homeless people near hotel

현지 지불로 예약 완료 확인 후에 출발한 출장이었는데, 현지 사정상 오전 12시 2분에 도착하고 나니 예약이 취소되었다는 이야기 듣고 황당 그 자체였습니다. 어떻게 이런 일이 있을 수 있는지... 이해가 안가네요.

교통이 매우 편리한 호텔
바로 앞에 전철역이고 3개의 메트로가 지나가서 편함 바로 옆에 북역이 있고 거기는 RER B라인이 있어 공항에서 들어오기도 편함. 호텔 바로 앞에 공항까지가는 350번 버스 출발지라 버스타도 편히 갈수 있어 좋았음

Good Location, poor customer service
the room was big and clean, mostly perfect location just in front of Gare de l'Est. However the staffs were truly slow and I do not believe that they have high responsibility. Once Ieft my lap top in the roomd after checking out I asked them to keep it until my return, when I am back no one knows the whereabout(just roughly tried to find it with no clear answer) and I was waiting for 1 hour. So I shouted to different manager and she finally found my lap top in the locking box in the reception, where the other young staff.tried to find it at the very first time. So I just lost one hour, because she was just waiting for feedback from housekeeping despite my labtop was under the reception! I have a doubt for their responsibility once again. of course it was my fault to leave it on the bed however I asked to the staff by phone, but no clear support. normally every work flow of them looked so slow.

Das Hotel liegt ideal, wenn man mit dem Zug anreist. on hier lässt sich in Paris alles gut erreichen. Zwar war das Zimmer - wie meistens in Paris - recht klein, aber gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet. Auch das Frühstück war qualitativ gut und bot eine umfassende Auswahl.

Walkable distance to Gare de Nord & Gare de L’Est. Nice staff. Nice rooms. Bigger rooms & bathroom than most Paris hotels.

The hotel was good. We were two families and had two suites. Rooms were a good size. The breakfast was good, with good options of food. Staff overall were helpful and friendly. The only negative was it was extremely warm everywhere in the hotel and rooms. Upon informing the staff, we were told it was because the weather was unusually warm for the time of year and heating system was set. We also had an incident where reception made a mistake and gave our room to another family. We were woken up at 1.30am being told we were in the wrong room. Eventually the family turned away and came back with the staff member. To which, we said again we’d been in the room for 3 days now. He apologised and turned away. It turned out, we were in 518 and they should have been given 418! Hotel manager apologised the next day and offered us a complementary late check out until 5pm.

Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was very convenient to use Metro and bus. Gare du Nord Station was about 15 mins walk. Rooms were a bit small but were nice and clean.

Hôtel pratique et de qualité
Hôtel très bien placé. Très bon accueil. Etablissement très propre. Chambre bien équipée. Séjour très agréable. Bouche de métro à 5 mètres, très pratique. Points négatifs : le bruit de la ventilation VMC. Dans la chambre sous comble, pas de glace au niveau du lavabo de la SDB mais grand miroir derrière (pas très pratique).

Great!
My room was just the right size for me, the bathroom had a tub and a cute backlit mirror. The room was very clean and the staff were attentive. It may not be the beat part of town but I wasnt bothered and never felt unsafe. The metro is right out side the door and gard l'est is right across the street. I'd stay there again for convenience.

Great hotel near Metro Station
We loved our stay at the Holiday Inn Gare De l'Est! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We ordered room service twice and was very happy with the quality of food and how quickly we received it. The beds were comfortable and the shower was awessome with the rain shower head.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. They overchage you and it is a battle to get anything back. Still fighting. First of all despite being told of a late check-in (midnight) and the room not being refundable they gave it away. Read the reviews (sadly we didn't) they overcharge everyone. we were charged 80 euros above quoted price for room. It is sneaked through on your credit card.

obviously it’s a typical French hotel, quite ancient, but still very good rooms were quite small but more than enough for me on my own but the location has got some great cafes right next door and the train station is only 20 m across the road and that goes all over Paris from there . All in all, we enjoyed our stay there.

I would recommend this property, only for the fact that our room was clean, and we had no issues There. The bathroom wasn’t really fundamental. The only issue we had with the room is the AC was on full blast and the room was still muggy and hot. We opened the windows at night (we were in top floor) and that sorta solved the issue. I would recommend only because other hotels could definitely be worse. It’s across the street from the Gare du Nord train station so you hear the hustle and bustle from the street below and the people. Lots of sirens all through the night. My husband and I are kinda heavy sleepers so that didn’t bother us so much.

Bel établissement mais chambres tres petites...
Hotel confortable et moderne. Mais si les chambres sont mignonnes et confortables, elles sont tres tres petites. En tout cas, celles du 8eme etage, sous les toits, sans fenetre accessible... pas dignes d'un 4 etoiles.
