Nice location to get to historic sites, restaurants & more. Very quiet street & comfortable room, but definitely on the smaller side. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was phenomenal! I loved the mushrooms! My favorite breakfast by far as we traveled- lots of choices: fruit, crepes, scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, pastries, bacon, breads, meats, cheeses, juice, coffee, cereal. The air conditioning was not cold enough in my opinion. We requested a fan, but the front desk told us “no, the air conditioning works.” There was no mini fridge or microwave in the room either.

It's conveniently located at the center of 13th cartier. The room was spacious, clean & had all amenities you need, including a refrigerator and a free bottle of water everyday. The staff speaks English well and the dining room was very clean and spacious. I will return to this hotel next time I come to Paris.

This was definitely not a 4 star hotel. The rooms were nice and comfy but it was lacking in service. Our room key kept not working so we had to change it 4 times. Breakfast was ok but again service was lacking in many areas. It didn’t feel very hospitable.

The room was hot and even when asked for AC it was not provided. The area is unsafe and dirty. I would not recommend staying in that area. They don’t provide milk or water bottles in rooms and limited tea and coffee. I came for a birthday and they don’t provide anything for celebration even when asked prior. Terrible experience, never again!

De kamer was prima en het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt stelde niet zoveel voor, gelukkig gratis voor de kinderen. Alleen de airco werkte niet (goed), waardoor het best benauwd was en er kon helaas ook geen raam op een kier voor frisse lucht. Het diner was te doen en voor Parijse begrippen best betaalbaar. Voor 1 nachtje met 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen in 1 kamer was het oké qua prijs/ kwaliteit.
