Ornella and Anna had great customer service. Ornella welcomed us since day one with a great smile and was very patient and helpful. Hotel was very clean and quiet.Train is about a 2 minute walk from the hotel.
Hotel was perfect for a stay for Disney or the city. Located across the street from the A train and bus depot, you can get anywhere from here. The staff was very friendly, room was clean and stocked. The hotel food was delicious and they have a bar in the lobby. Perfect hotel. The area around the hotel was mostly the transportation depot, there are limited option nearby for food or shopping. I did not have a car, so not sure about parking. Unsure if there was a pool. But easy to get to from both airports. Either way, this was a great place to stay, I would recommend it if you don’t mind using the bus/train to your destinations. I would stay here again for sure.
Hotel is new and very clean. Staff are friendly and kindness.
Breakfast is nice and simple.
Many thanks for Miss. Ornella
One thing is they charge me 35 EURO more I don't know why.
As the hotel is new, everythings are very good. The front desk also provided a very professional sevice, even the room don't have microwave, they can give us to use the one from their staff pantry. Hotel nearby shopping mall, bus station and RER, can very easy to go every to Paris or Disney.
But kerp in mind, too many pick pockets and much take 100% caution. Once you step in the stations, the robberies will start to follow you and your money will gone within 1second.
My wife and I want to commend several staff that were especially helpful, engaging and pleasant to us during our week long stay at Novotel. We especially appreciated Naleeka (morning breakfast staff) who took the time to ask about us and for her attention to details and assistance for "petit dejeuner". We also appreciated the front desk staff that helped us with details in our room (i.e., Natalie & Akram) and one other male staff that helped set up a taxi ride. The staff also accommodated and clarified our attempts to communicate in French. One of the other reasons we enjoyed our staff was related to close proximity to a shopping mall and the Transit system to downtown and the airport. The only negative part about our stay was the daily per person fee/tax for the upcoming Olympics.
Room has been recently renovated, comfy mattress, friendly stafff and easy access to RER station (just one min walk). The neighbourhod area is a bit dodge but still feel safe. Will book again when visiting Paris again.
We stayed at Novotel before and after Disneyland so we could do a couple of days in Paris too. It’s a 2min walk from the train station, 4 stops into Paris and 10 stops direct in to Disney so ideal. Very cost effective and we had 2 rooms connected. Staff very welcoming with easy check in/out. Great buffet breakfast. Room very comfortable with fluffy towels. No kettle but had coffee machine and hair dryer. Highly recommend.
The property was right outside the RER A train. Super easy access to get into the city.

Disliked: Cleanliness
We stayed for only 2 night at the property.. and our last night before we woke up around 2am and saw something crawling in our bed.
When we got home from the trip we have a lot of bites in our body.

They ran out of towels so I couldn’t take a shower. Food at restaurant was bitter.
It was fine until I booked a taxi to the airport through the reception. This happened the day before I left and the taxi was ordered to bee there at 5 am. But instead of a taxi the receptionist had ordered a "Private driver" that charged 90 euro to Orly. I'm quite sure this was no mistake, but done on purpose for both parts to benefit from it! What a shame!

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities
chambre propre de taille correcte
accueil à la réception très sympathique
This should’ve been an easy stay. We were checking in late and checking out early. Unfortunate, the man at the front desk was absolutely horrible. He was mean, rude and unprofessional. The lobby and elevator were dirty and our rooms were clean but had a weird/bad smell. It was overall an unpleasant experience that I wouldn’t recommend.
