A Gem in Paris

Was very wary after reading the negative comments but the hotel was fabulous, so close to the metro so was easy to get to everything and never had any issues, yes the area is a bit run down but never had any issues with the locals or anyone else. The staff were brilliant and helpful, I would definitely return.

Pretty good hotel but in a special neighborhood. Quite far from downtown but close to Metro stations though. Service was good and there was a parking garage

The staff was really really friendly. Everyone had smiles and greeted us every time they seen us. Help with anything we needed. The room was nice and spacious. The bathroom and shower was slightly small. The only negative I can say is the there was no usb plug in the room, which I had in the other novetel hotels I've been in

My family and i stayed here for two nights. The room was surprisingly spacious with quite a large shower/bathroom. It was clean, had a fridge and microwave and surprisingly (again) really comfy beds....all in all, as a place to base ourselves whilst visiting Paris...excellent!

The hotel itself is really great for the price. REALLY! The neibourghood is not very chic. And there is a "marché" the weekends, that makes the acces difficult by walking.But it is safe! And the bedrooms are really big for Paris!

Hotel was fine and pretty much what you would expect from the chain however it is in a dodgy looking part of Paris and not really where i wanted to spend a lot of time We had no issues it was just a feeling at night when we were returning at night as we had to walk through some quiet, dark, rundown areas to get back to the hotel. The hotel has all the facilities you'd expect and was comfortable enough. Our room was huge which was a welcome bonus.

The hotel itself is okay, but the location and surroundings are terrible—unsafe and unpleasant-smelling. We have two kids with us, and it did not feel safe. There are homeless people everywhere, especially by the metro station. Metro station about 10 minutes walk. Across from the hotel, there is a parking lot full of old, parked cars where people live.

My husband and I stayed 4 night. We had an excellent experience. The room was large and could sleep 4. The staff extremely helpful providing explanations on how to get to the city in metro. Since it is located in a suburbs it takes about to 20-25 minutes in metro to most important monuments. The surrounding is quite dirty so we tried to arrive at night no later than 9:30 pm. We always had breast the hotel since we didn’t like restaurants around. We always had dinner in the city.

Was about 20 minutes from the airport. Area looked very scary and out of the way with a market across the road in large car park and walking through there at night time had lots of rodents which thankfully were not seen in the hotel. Hotel tried to take a security deposit without notification from my card despite opting for pay at property which was stopped by my bank. although we checked in online we still had to wait in line to receive room key and then pay deposit on arrival. rom only had 3 towels although booked for 4 guests but was quickly resolved. Refreshments such as soups and drinks were available to purchase when kitchen was closed was €5 for a fanta. room was spacious enough for 4 and room had kettle and coffee maker but paper cups and not enough milk and sugar for more than 2 people. bottle of water was supplied. curtain divider in room was good. lifts were could comfortably fit 4 people and they were both working and quick. Metro was about a 10 minute walk which was surrounded by shops and restaurants. There is a large Supermarket within walking distance inside a shopping centre but the other shops in there looked abandoned. Wasn't the worst place to stay.
