"Everything was wonderful except the door key cards or handles. Had a”battle” with opening every time. Desk clerk changed the batteries but that really didn’t change anything. The key pad worked fine but the handle had to be manipulated for it to work. Apparently it was a common problem. Besides that, everything was great!"
