The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the ladies. The cleaning staff were very courteous, and they did a good job. The breakfast could be a bit diverse. Maybe add sausages or eggs, and the cake was dry. But the croissants were good, and the selection of herbal teas was great.

This is an inexpensive hotel in an area that has a lot of commercial property. There is a reasonably priced restaurant, Courtepaille, next door that is open only for lunch and dinner. I went to the Hyatt in the neighborhood about 5pm and had to pay twice the normal charge for a glass of Heinekin.

I wish they have some sort of proteins for at breakfast time. Also, the WiFi is very slow. Hopefully they check that out, and make it a bit faster. Aside that, everything was great. Staff were really nice.

Very small and basic. We knew it would be a quick stop and we’re not looking for anything fancy but it barely met our lowest standards. Lobby area was nicer than the room. Gals checking in were very friendly.

Very Very Basic

Good: Staff were helpful. Room was clean. Beds are small but comfortable. Air conditioning was good. Not so good: Rooms are very very small and basic. Toilet/shower room is a fibreglass pod that seems to be from camper van. To be honest it was ok but in the UK asylum seekers get better accommodation.

Staff very friendly and helpful , warm room but quiet small for 3 beds. If you're looking for cheap way to and from airport it only takes one bus 2 euro and a shuttle train that's free. Getting into central Paris one bus and a train 4.50 euro all Good if you're on a budget like we were 😉.

A tiny room with a airplane sized bathroom, 4 tiny twin beds laid out in a manner that I didn't understand. The good thing is location - if you have an early flight, go in late, sleep and leave. The shuttle from the hotel to the airport is 7 Euros per person (ridiculously expensive).

We booked a hotel transfer but when booking it was not made clear where the pick up point at airport was (we are non French speakers) in my opinion the email conformation could have included a photo of the pick up point not the 2nd page on the booking form. We eventually paid €44 for a taxi it was a late night arrival. Hotel was clean & basic

Too small bathroom

This hotel is located near CDG airport. It is a basic hotel just to sleep. They only provide soap and towels. The bathroom is too small. When you take a shower, the water splashes all around and they do not provide additional towels to place on the floor or rug. It is convenient if you have to fly from this airport but it is far from the city, the bus stop is near but you will need to get additional transportation to move around the city. They offer airport shuttle transportation for an extra fee, which is convenient if your flight is early in the morning.

PERFECT for an overnight stay

POSITIVE POINT: The airport is really just 10 minutes away! That’s very convenient. The young woman at reception was very calm, kind, and helpful. The breakfast was very good: baguette, brioche, sliced bread, Nutella, jam, coffee, milk, water, yogurt... for the price, it was really worth it, especially since the breakfast room opens as early as 4:00 a.m.! NEGATIVE POINT: Unfortunately, the small bathroom had an extremely bad smell, like sewage. This odor wasn't present in the second room, but in that room, the bathroom door didn’t close properly! It would also be greatly appreciated to have a small mattress in the crib for the baby's comfort. Also, the hotel’s proximity to the airport means planes fly directly overhead. Don’t forget your earplugs! :)

Clean and convenient location. Very bad service, the lady at the reception was very rude, ( 27th December 2024 at 15:30 checked in )not very accommodating, when we asked for switching rooms, she disagreed, wouldn’t give her name and she says she is the manager and there is no one above her. Clearly these people are not trained, or have promoted incapable people as managers. she doesn’t posses any management qualities. While the stay was good for the price, we were concerned that the high voltage interstate power lines are right above the hotel roof, just 10-15 meters above the roof, it was a foggy day, we could hear the buzzing sound on the power lines. Scary. It couldn’t be healthy.
