I wrote down because you didn`t receive any call. I stayed really good days while in your hotel. Room is clean, staff is polite except really late response when we request some service (like no shampoo in our room so please fill it again) . I saw I paid twice deposit amount which has to be paid only when we check in, but I paid when I check out too. So that`s why I call your hotel again but you didn`t recieved liked when we check in. I don`t understand why I have to care this about I shouldn`t have to care. It`s normal procedure and if has problem, you have to answer to me first. But I don`t get you don`t tell about any notification and makes me care about this things... so disappoint about this problem and wish to solve this problem
