"I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. This property had roaches and smelled of smoke, even though I requested a non smoking room. I brought the issue to staff and asked to speak to a manager to request a refund and was told one would not be available until Monday and they had no authority to process a refund. There was another couple complaining of roaches as well. Terrible hotel!!"

"It would be good for the person doing the check in to let the guest know the policy on room cleaning and gathering of supplies. The system in place is ok just needs to be made known.
The room doors are quite noisy when being closed. One suggestion is to add weather stripping of similar material to each door frame."
