"This was the best hotel we stayed on our multi city Europe trip. They upgraded our room for free, it was a beautiful room with lots of space, it was quiet and very comfortable bed. The ac worked great and there was also a window you can open for fresh air. The location was amazing with cafes nearby and a short walk to the louvre. The staff were friendly and professional. The only con I can think of was we weren’t able to connect to the tv."

"I loved the location of the hotel. It was very central and easy to get to the subway station. The room was a bit small for two people with 2 luggages and 2 book bags however the front desk supplied us with luggage racks. Another thing that customers should know is that some of the rooms the bathrooms have tubs which are a bit steep and challenging to get into especially if you are older. I had a wonderful stay and recommend this hotel ."

"We’ve found hairs on bed, but looks like the bed sheet has already been changed. Hotel is under renovation, it blocks some of the window views from outside. No complaints about the location, it is close to Louvre and Notre dame Cathedral"

"The location was perfect. The staff was 6 stars not 5. I felt like coming home to my friends and family each night after my day in the city. The ladies at the front desk directed me to the right place to shop for a dress for my son's wedding. Love my dress from Le Printems and will think of you and Paris while wearing it. Cannot wait to be back! Merci from Boston!"

"Very center located in Paris. That probably explains the room is very small, the building is old with tiny elevators. The bathroom is newly remodeled though. We had a great day with lots of restaurants nearby."
