"The only comply we had was there were many items missing on the breakfast buffet line. They seemed short staffed and also just didn’t have the food available. Room was clean. Bed comfortable and the pool was refreshing. Would stay again. "

"Loved this hotel! The view from our room wasn’t great but the glorious sunset we watched from the comfort of our bed was so nice! Room was clean and updated, beds were comfy. Stayed one night and checked in late so didn’t get to enjoy the pool but the decor, sitting areas and bar area looked amazing. Will book there again when returning to Rochester. "

"Not sure what happened or why but the staff/manager said there were no rooms. We’d had the reservation for two weeks. We even called a few hours earlier and were told everything is all set. We were fortunate that we were able to stay with family after driving for 6 hours. I can’t speak for the family traveling with an infant or the other people being turned away. Staff did their best in a chaotic situation. "

"Extremely disappointing stay. Not worth the money. No. My first room was dirty and not ready even hours after I reported it. There is no functioning AC in the building at all, and I was told to “crack the window” if I got hot. I was never informed there was no AC prior to booking or upon arrival. There were multiple maintenance issues, including broken and leaking toilets, missing amenities, and a window that would not open. There is also only one elevator for the entire hotel, and it malfunctioned while I was riding in it. After that, I used the stairs for the remainder of my stay."

"Reserved a king, went up to the room to discover 2 queens. Front desk said it was changed prior to check-in due to being "over sold". I was never notified. They wouldn't offer a discount because the two rooms were technically the same price. The room didn't have a lot of convenient options for outlets near the beds. Average cleanliness, average condition. Hampton Inns are starting to decline in quality. Breakfast was ok, not as good as other locations. We won't be going back to that location, and we might start staying at a different chain. We weren't as impressed with Hampton Inn the past year or so, and this location clinched it for us."
