"The hotel had excellent staff. Every single member of staff was friendly and professional. The hotel was very clean and has easy access to transport to the city centre and other parts of Switzerland. Breakfast was amazing and full of variety. "

"We felt the staff was very kind and accommodating. Safe & quiet area. Parking our car was easy (as using valet) and we received a parking discount through Expedia. Felt the restaurant was a little pricey and not usually busy while we were there. We walked easily to restaurants, such as Little India & El Catrin! Recommend Easily able to walk across the river to Old Town. Ate dinner one night at Pasta People in that area! It felt like part of the property had been renovated even the rooms felt half renovated and half not with a dark toilet area and then a bright light lovely bathroom and shower! Both of us have long legs & getting in and out of the shower was treacherous as no handles to hold onto a slippery floor! "
