The hotel was what I expected and there were no problems. It is a bit old but is maintained well. The televisions in the rooms we rented are very small. Staff was helpful and readily available when we needed anything. 2 miles to walk to the downtown area of Parras or a 10 minute drive. Not a lot of traffic in the town.

The facility was in terrible condition dirty pools Room and bathroom felty sink faucets so dirty They advertise in internet and pictures looked beautiful and well cared but in real life nothing like in the pictures I was hoping to talk with the owner but he never come and never called me paying 116.00 Dollars for this it doesn’t worth it 😩

Es un balneario que tienen cabañas y las habitaciones al final de la propiedad y debes cruzar las albercas y toboganes para llegar. Cama agradable, agua caliente, aire acondicionado, en general tranquilo. Fuimos a un evento y los dos días solo fuimos a dormir, lo que requerimos estaba ahí pero creo que la relación costo calidad si esta desproporcionado

Estancia deficiente... No había gas, wifi terrible, se caían accesorios del baño, no salía agua muy poquita...la televisión muy pequeña... Lo que pagué no refleja la estancia con ese dinero pago una noche en hotel 5 estrellas.

Nueva administración y mucho que mejorar en todas las áreas, no hay wifi como publican, albercas súper sucias, perros por todos lados y bebiendo de las albercas, los baños de áreas comunes son los peores que he visto, suciedad en todas partes, infestados de moscas, sin botes de basura, cero limpieza, te rentan las palapas que por supuesto están sucias, solo te dan una mesa de tabla en mal estado y sillas a punto del colapso, lástima de lugar, tiene buenas instalaciones pero nulo mantenimiento, igual las habitaciones, sabanas percudidas y rotas, baños sucios, personal amable

La villa que nos asignaron no estaba limpia aun habia cascaras de pistaches tiradas por todos lados, el baño tapado y hubo momentos que estuvimos sin agua. Nada recomendable.

En recepción muy bien, la cabaña tamaño regular, estaba muy caliente y prendimos el aire acondicionado, salimos y lo dejamos encendido para que estuviera frío cuando llegáramos, como a las 6:30 recibí un WhatsApp del hotel preguntando a qué hora llegábamos a hacer el check inn y les contesté que ya estábamos registrados y el número de la cabaña, después me dijeron que no habíamos pagado a lo que contesté que claro y la forma de pago, más tarde me enviaron otro mensaje disculpándose que había una confusión y que ya estaba todo en orden, pero mas noche que llegamos a la cabaña nos encontramos que el aire estaba apagado y obviamente la habitación súper caliente, no contestaron en recepción, queríamos saber si alguien había entrado a apagarlo , no pudimos descansar bien porque el aire no enfriaba bien hasta como las 5 am se empezó a sentir un poco mejor No nos supieron decir que había pasado pero es muy molesto e incómodo pensar que entraron a tu habitación cuando no estás, sabiendo que tus cosas están ahí, y lo peor ni una disculpa 😡

Mal olor . Mucha basura y bichos en la regadera

Hotel muy sucio , huele muy mal parece que estás en un corral de vacas , albercas llenas de lama verde , botes de basura llenos y rebasados , en el baño en la regadera lleno de bichos , cortaron el agua , la verdad muy sucio todo , los empleados le echan ganas pero la verdad no vale lo que cuesta , una noche y me salí a buscar otro hotel , perdí el total del hospedaje , preferible buscar opciones , el olor a estiércol es insoportable , no volvería ni gratis
