I am stunned that Expedia recommended this hotel. There were bugs, trash on the chair left by someone earlier, security guards everywhere, and fireworks debris all around my car (and I suspect there is damage there, but I can't confirm that yet). The staff was friendly, though.

The room was cozy and quiet and easy to find. It was also clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. We’re really grateful for the ample and free parking and will definitely be back!

No elevator. If not on ground floor, expect to hump your bags up the steps. I asked for a ground floor room once I was aware of the lack of an elevator. But no luck. Convenient location to several highways.

There were several stains on sheets, hot water did not turn on at all in bathroom sink, sink was clogged, bathroom door was in poor shape, and tv channels were unavailable. We tried calling the front desk and and did not get a response. We appreciated the property was quiet and it was an affordable stay, but we would not book again here.

The staff was very courteous during check in. When we got to the room there was only one working light. The two lamps did not work. One lamps wire was cut and the other we tried turning on and the buttton fell inside it. The tv turned on but had no signal. When we tried calling the front desk, we found out the phone in the room didn’t work. Not that we were going to use it but the drawers in the dresser were broken. My husband went to the front desk, shared our concerns and they immediately gave us another room. I couldn’t believe the new room they gave us. It smelled fresh and it was very clean. Lamps, lights and tv worked perfectly. The flooring was pretty new. It was like night and day between the two rooms. The only other issue was the ice and snow in the parking lot. I would expect snow to be around since we had a big storm a few weeks back but ice could be treated.
