"I'm not good at English, but the staff politely answered my questions using the translation function on their smartphones. The room was not dirty either. The area around the hotel could be called a slum. The shower had a water heater, but there was no hot water."

"Hilton Manila is a 5-star hotel is truly exceptional. The moment I arrived, I was struck by the stunning lobby and warm welcome from the staff. My room was beautifully appointed with a comfortable bed, spacious marble bathroom, and fantastic views. The service was top-notch – friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. The hotel's facilities, including the spa, fitness center, and pool, were impressive and well-maintained. I also enjoyed the excellent dining options, with delicious food and impeccable service. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious stay. Excellent location right opposite the domestic terminal and next to resorts world. "

Sheraton Manila Hotel at Newport World Resorts

"Incredible stay at the Sheraton Manila. From check in to check out, the staff went above and beyond. We stayed at the Club floor and Grace was really amazing. Thank you to Grace for our making our stay memorable. The room was very well appointed, spacious and new. Clean and very comfortable bed. Club floor offerings were adequate for both breakfast and dinner. The breakfast buffet in the main restaurant was good but not as spectacular as other breakfast buffets in other Manila hotels. We also had a massage and facial at the spa, which was great overall. Amazing pool, but the gym is on the small side. Would definitely stay again."
