"The hotel is quaint and beautiful. Located walking distance from restaurants and the beach. Management was excellent with communication and provided a warm welcome. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and spacious. The cats were also a plus. "

"We were very disappointed with our stay. After check-in, we found the toilet seat broken. The reception informed us it could be repaired in the evening, but since we had dinner plans, we agreed it could be fixed the next day after check-out. We placed the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door. However, when we returned from dinner, someone had entered our room without permission, repaired the toilet, and left dirty footprints and stains in the bathroom. This is a serious breach of privacy. No staff should enter a guest room when the “Do Not Disturb” sign is displayed. When we reported the issue, the reception staff seemed unable to understand why we were upset. In addition, we found toothpaste on the bathroom door and a large brown water stain on the duvet. So the room was never really clean in the first place! Mistakes can happen, but respecting guests’ privacy and maintaining cleanliness are basic standards. Unfortunately, there was no assistance, and no goodwill gesture. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience — luckily, only for one night."

"Das Zimmer war nicht sauber und sie haben ein Ameisenproblem. Wir hatten überall im Zimmer Ameisen, auch im Bett! Es gab eine Durchgangstüre ins andere Zimmer, dass anderen Gäste gebucht haben. Die Türe von unserer Seite war nicht abgeschlossen und wir haben es vermehert angesprochen, jedoch wurde nichts unternommen. Das Hotel hat ein grosses Problem mit Hornissen. Überall hat es Näster und diese waren auch vermehrt überall draussen im Hotel. Das Trinkwasser im Restaurant schmeckte sehr stark nach kalk, dies konnte man nicht trinken. Im ganzen ist das Hotel nicht weiter zu empfehlen."

The hotel had everything we needed to enjoy our stay to the fullest. Whether we were hanging out by the pool, exploring the area, or just relaxing in our rooms, everything was comfortable and convenient. Overall, a great experience! "Checked in across the road at suster hitel and good welcome with refreshing drink provided. We were provided with one room key which also operated power in the room. Three single beds were comfortable and hand held shower was fine. Air-conditioning was extra €9 per night but wasnt so warm that we needed it. Servicing of room only consisted of pulling up sheet on bed. Coffe and tea was not replenished nor were towels changed or bathroom bin emptied. One day, we arrived back later in the day after the cleaner had been and the patio door was left unlocked and ajar, which quite frankly, was unacceptable. "
