โLuz is a great place to stay. We returned after 10 years and what a great surprise to see some familiar faces and some great new ones as well. Many changes since our last stay and all beautiful and for the good. We had the complimentary breakfast and it was delicious. Would highly recommend staying at Luz. Great accommodations, owners, and staff provide fantastic value for the money. โ
โThis is one of the best small hotels I have ever stayed in. The property is gorgeous -- a beautiful blend of historic architecture with modern touches. The staff was always pleasant and happy to answer questions about restaurants, things to do, etc. The location is great too -- slightly west of the main tourist core in Santa Lucia, so a bit quieter, but still easy to walk to restaurants, shops and the Plaza Grande.โ
โOverall, hotel was nice. A little far from Parque Central & souvenir store shops. About a 20 min walk or a cheap uber( $5 or less). Parking garage in the basement. You get a new parling ticket everytime u leave and it needs to be stamped by the front desk. Great delicious breakfast (separate cost). โ
