“The facility and accommodations were excellent. Listening to the waves break on the shore, at breakfast and nighttime was extremely therapeutic and I would recommend the resort to anyone. I must mention, though, that upon check in I was offered a lower rate room than what I had paid for and had to pay extra for the upgrade. “I booked this room at 7:48am on Friday 13th, October 2017 for the same day. Upon arriving at the hotel, the manager states that she cancelled my booking at 7:50am because there were no rooms available. No apology. Rooms were still listed on Expedia as available. I received no official correspondence regarding this cancellation.I was told by the front desk that they can cancel it on their system but I would need to call Expedia to let them know the situation. I am currently awaiting a refund....

“I stayed at Fish Tobago for over a week and completely enjoyed my stay. It is simple but very clean, great location to walk to the beaches or to the jetty. Brendon couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. I also really enjoyed the boat tours offered by the hotel. The guest house is in a peaceful and safe location with lots of greenery and giant mango trees. Very enjoyable stay and I highly recommend .”

Although I did not meet anyone in person, communication was prompt and effective throughout. “The property is aging - the main pool remained closed during our stay. There were no working ice machines - If you run the hot water it starts to come out brown. The patio furniture is broken and outdated and parts of the structure itself was falling apart. I would not recommend staying here at this price point.”

“The room was great, exceptional view. The only thing that was a little off-putting was having to ask for towels. There were no face towels or wash cloths. The breakfast was good and all except for the last staff member we encountered on the day before we left was very pleasant and helpful. All in all we had a very wonderful stay and have been recommending this hotel as a must anytime in Tobago.”
