Hotel bom com oportunidades de melhoria

Em geral foi boa. Hotel nivel 3 estrelas, com estrutura nova. Quarto simples mais bem limpo. Senti falta de lixeiro reciclável no quarto (so tinha no banheiro). Roupa de cama com furo no lençol e bem usada(bem amarelada). No cafe da manha nao havia reposição dos alimentos e sucos. Nós dois dias que fiquei no hotel acabou suco de laranja, pro ex, e não foi reposto.

Razoável, não entrega mais o que entregava .

Bem razoável. Já fiquei várias vezes no hotel. Hotel razoavelmente novo, frequento Desde que tinha 6 meses de funcionamento. Era excelente. Agora piorou bastante. Me colocaram no quarto onde não tinha controle de televisão, pedi o controle, levou quase meia hora para entregarem, e quando entregaram a TV não funcionava ( sem sinal de antena). O ar condicionado só liga, e não é possível ajustar temperatura, velocidade e etc.... pedi para trocar dw quarto, fui atendido. No outro quarto a TV funcionava, mas o ar condicionado tbm não funcionava direito. Não ajustava temperatura nem nada... dormi uma noite bem mal dormida no calor. Essa reclamação do ar condicionado eu ja havia feito no mês de dezembro(24) e pelo visto não ajustaram.

Quarto com acústica ruim. Pessoal de outros quartos fazendo muito barulho, gritos no corredor e batendo portas. Sei q pode não ser culpa do hotel mas acredito q uma placa no corredor sobre horário de silêncio nos hotéis seria ótimo. Quem está em hotel quer dormir e descansar. O chuveiro não esquentou na primeira noite e ficamos sem banho, super desconfortável isso. Ligamos na recepção e o rapaz explicou mais ou menos como fazer para água esquentar. Fizemos e mesmo assim não esquentou. O café da manhã era bem servido e o estacionamento amplo.
