I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is perfect—close to everything I needed. This is our second time at this property and it has gone so far downhill. My husband, son and I arrived and on our first day at only at the resort and became violently ill and needed the Dr to come and give us all IV fluids. We approached the hotel to advise them. And we got….. offered a free buffet and the meal that made us sick for free. Come on!!! Not to mention the prostitutes around the pool…. Hotel staff turn a blind eye. Nice for a family resort. Will never be back. Come if you want salmonella though.

Excellent service, food, and drinks. Always felt looked after and doted upon by the staff. Pools were beautiful and all facilities were clean and modern. The only negative was that we had a street-facing room with the Hard Rock cafe next door which could be noisy until late. However, this was a small price to pay for everything else which was fantastic. Highly recommend this resort.
