수영장을 바로 연결할 수 있는 룸에서 숙박했는데 곰팡이 냄새 같은 것이 좀 심하게 나는 것 같았어요. 풀장이랑 연결되어 어쩔 수 없는 듯 싶어요. 그외 조식, 직원들 모두 친절했습니다. 다음에 또 이용하겠지만 룸은 고민해 봐야 할 듯 합니다.

Hello Yaren and thank you for your comments (and the copy/paste as well from other online platforms). You've been asking for a full refund since day one and despite our efforts and proposal to change rooms. We moved you into a villa at the end and agreed on a refund too as the last thing we wanted was to disappoint you on your holidays and hopefully hope for a nicer review.End of April and early May is always challenging in term of weather with humidity levels going up to 92-94*. They are things we can't really control and this might be one of those. I am very sorry for the disappointment.
