"Location was perfect . Has Access to beach.Breakfast was absolutely amazing , huge variety of food choice and fresh juice .Pool is clean and well maintained . Has access to a mall from the hotel . You can do laundry literally opposite the hotel.There is no dearth for gastronomical food and massage.12 mins walk to walking street. Taxi and motor bike taxi at the gate. 7 eleven across main entrance .Very friendly staff. we had beach view room. Room was spacious, clean linen. Bath tub needs upgrade shows aging. Requires flooring upgrade . This hotel was Marriott 9 years ago. Even though it is aging it is well maintained . For reasonable priced tarrif, it will be hard to find a spacious hotel like this with in walking distance. to all amenities . I would highly recommend Avani resort ."

"The layout and outdoor pool area is really nice. Pools were warm and not too deep. It felt safe for kids to run around and they loved the slides. Rooms was spacious and clean and staff very helpful. Good range of breakfast foods too."
