We were late getting to the hotel the first night and were rudely awaken by some guests staying on our floor during the overnight. We spoke to the staff regarding thiis and they changed our room for the duration of our stay. We did not spend much time at the hotel due to our schedule, but the stay was nice. The buffet breakfast had many options but no do it yourself waffles or bacon to be seen. We did manage to enjoy a salad, fresh fruit and some delicious pastries. Rooftop pool looked nice but no time to try it out. We defintely got what we bargained for with the exception of the first night shenanigans.

Good breakfast buffet, and nice pools, needs better gym. Room has smart TV which was great! The staff was nice, and it was easy to get to places; would recommend and will return.

酒店在北面，遠離芭東海灘車程如果不塞車可以十至十五分鐘，但總是塞車，如絲tuk tuk 要轉車才能到達芭東海灘，但酒店不錯！

Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt und es war alles sauber👍 Leider waren am Pool nur 3 Sonnenschirme, dass Hotel wird von Indischen und Chinesisch Gästen bevorzugt. Die Umgebung ist für die Russischen Gäste ausgelegt. Aber man kann einiges zu Fuß erreichen 7 Eleven, Gym, Bars.. es gibt auch ein gutes Schweizer Restaurant ( Alpenrose )

Property is large. Rooms are very big and clean. View from my delux room was great . Swimming pool is large. Moreover staff was great 👍

Room is nice especially when consider the price we paid for the room. However, the design for the bathtub is very functional since it made the water flow down from the side to the floor very easy, causing the floor to be rather slippery.

Our hotel would like to explain to you as following details; Deposit policy - All guests must give the deposit by cash or credit card for security during the stay upon check-in, benifit of the deposit all guest can sign the extra bill in all outlet and can be settle on the day you check out. Spa and Sauna section was getting renovated. It would have been great to use the message/spa/sauna service also as a part of our stay. The rooms are great and staff is very courteous. Food service at Salute, the restaurant is slow at times and the food takes time to come.

Good hotel !
Room was excellent, but lots of noise every evening when Chinese bus loads arrived and early in the morning when they left. Fitness is nothing...for children ! Swimming pool is very nice... Location is far away from everything if you walk...but you can easily take bath bus to Jomtien or Pattaya...
